A Yiwu eyewear factory built for export
We manufacture and export sunglasses, polarized eyewear, optical frames and reading glasses. Our customers are importers, wholesalers, distributors, optical chains and online sellers in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America.
Who we are
One factory, one point of responsibility
Nanwei Eyewear is based in Yiwu, Zhejiang — the world's largest small-commodity market and a natural hub for eyewear trading. Since 2014 we have concentrated on one thing: producing frames that survive the price pressure of import markets while still looking good in a display case.
Because we are the factory rather than a trading company, the person who quotes you is the person who can move your production. That means realistic lead times, honest quality claims and a direct answer when something needs to be fixed.
Today around 40% of our output ships as ready stock orders under 500 pieces, and 60% as OEM/ODM programmes under our customers' own brands.

POLARIZED
Polarized sunglasses
TAC and CR-39 polarized lenses with UV400 protection in single, gradient and mirrored finishes.
OPTICAL
Optical frames
Stainless steel, beta titanium, acetate and TR90 frames that accept prescription lenses, in men's, women's and unisex fits.
READING
Reading glasses
Full-rim and half-rim readers from +1.00 to +4.00 diopters, bulk packed or in blister and display boxes.
How we work
From enquiry to container in four steps
STEP 01
Enquiry & quote
Send your model list, target price or reference photo. We reply within 24 hours with MOQ, unit price and lead time.
STEP 02
Samples
Stock samples ship in 3–5 days. Custom logo or colour samples take 7–12 days after artwork approval.
STEP 03
Production
Ready-stock orders are picked and packed in 3–7 working days. OEM production runs 15–30 days depending on volume.
STEP 04
Shipping & after-sales
We book air, sea or express freight, send carton photos before dispatch and replace any confirmed defect on the next order.
Quality control
Checked before it is packed, not after it is claimed
Quality problems cost both of us money, so inspection happens at three points in our own workshop rather than being outsourced at the last minute.
- Incoming material check: lens clarity, hinge strength, frame coating.
- In-line check: lens alignment, temple straightness, screw torque, logo position.
- Final random inspection at AQL 2.5 before cartons are sealed.
- UV400 and polarization spot-tested on every production batch.
- Carton photos, packing list and barcode labels sent for your approval.
Need a third-party inspection such as SGS or Bureau Veritas? We arrange the appointment and make the goods available at our warehouse.

We adjust lens tint, frame fit, packaging and price level to each region — a reader that sells in Jakarta is not the same product that sells in Dubai or Rotterdam.
Southeast Asia
Strong UV, humid climate, price-driven retail. Lightweight TR90 and polarized models with anti-slip nose pads, packed in small cartons for fast restocking.
Middle East
High sun exposure and premium preference. Mirrored and gold-toned polarized frames, larger fit, premium display boxes and gold-foil logo finishing.
Europe
Compliance-led buyers. Focus on accurate CE marking, material declarations, recyclable packaging and consistent colour matching between batches.
North America
Retail chains and e-commerce sellers. Barcode-ready packing, hangtags, drop-ship friendly cartons and repeatable quality for online reviews.
